"Agartha" (Whispers Of Forgotten Gods)
A breath sighing through the crooked forms and crumbling monuments. Voices shivering in the tempest winds of these archaic stones. Memories of knees bent onto cold floors, droning incantations glorifying idols, incense flowing and heady are embedded in these rocks. Those many voices of the devote have all fallen silent over the passing of time. Quiet though, open your mind and your soul breath in the dust and listen. The lonely whispering of the air carries their voices tells tales of a time forgotten. This is all that is left.
This is the second installment of my Hollow Earth series. I used a new set of brushes that imitate real brush strokes to give the artwork a more painted, gouache feel to it. Used a lot of the new techniques I have been learning for perspective, lighting and composition. I will post my process from start to beginning for this piece as well.
