Artwork for technical death metal outfit Earth Eater's upcoming release "Immortal." The concept was inspired in part by H.P. Lovecraft's story "The Mountains of Madness." This piece features an ancient civilization that worshiped and sacrificed to a massive worm. Then the civilization was buried in ice subsequently freezing the creature. Until the day it's released upon the world once more. The creature concept is inspired by a Bobbitt worm, the most terrifying thing I could think of.
