Seraphim

This is my third piece for my submission to Wizards of the Coast. It features one of the most symbolic creatures in Magic The Gathering, the angel. I was inspired by the Shadows over Innistrad block and it's contrasting dark/light composition of the white creature card art. I wanted my piece to capture that iconic angel archetype with the divine swords, effervescent wings and otherworldly beauty. While staying true to my own style. I have two more pieces to finish after this one, a red and green card. Ironically I didn't plan on having those two fall on the Christmas season.
