I am very excited to finally release this piece for Dark Usurper. When the band first approached me they had an idea for a piece inspired by Bloodborne. Since I am a big fan of the Dark Souls series and currently playing Bloodborne I jumped at the opportunity.

I tried to capture the chaotic beauty and Victorian era decadence of the game in this piece. The hooded figure is inspired by the boss creature Mergo's Wet Nurse. I really like how the lighting, colors and composition came out. Scott Rudd did an amazing job bringing it to life in the lyric video which you can watch via the link below.
